Refund and Returns Policy

  • Returns and Exchanges: Electronic products only, contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase and send/bring the item back to our store, if it is determined to be non-human damaged, it will be covered by the returns and exchanges policy, while other products are not covered by this policy.
  • For online purchases, you can contact our customer service and send/bring back to our store within 7 days of purchase to return/exchange new defective or unopened and unused items.
  • Due to the nature of the products, there is no refund or exchange for purchases made at our stores. After the customer has paid for the product, the customer may request to open the product for inspection to test whether the product is functioning properly, and if there is any problem, the customer may request for replacement or cancellation of the purchase immediately. Once the product is shipped out, except for quality problems and the product has not passed the warranty period, no refund or exchange will be made.
  • For your protection, please keep the receipt and the warranty certificate (if any) included in the package. If the product has a quality problem and is within the warranty period (as stated on our product page), please fill in the return and exchange form below and contact our customer service team. Customers can also visit our stores for enquiry and arrangement of product warranty. Once the return request is approved, we will contact the customer for return arrangement. We will replace the product with the same colour and model. If the product is to be exchanged for a higher priced product, the customer will be required to pay the difference, which will depend on the stock of our company and the supplier.
  • Definition of Non-Human Damage: If the product has serious quality defects, mechanical failures, missing parts, or fails to operate properly, it will be covered by the return and exchange policy.
  • *Definition of man-made damage: The shop is not responsible for man-made problems, such as using the product incorrectly without following the instructions, dropping it, scratching it, improper cleaning and maintenance, etc., or damage that does not affect the use of it, or packaging damage caused by transport.
  • Due to the nature of the product, we will only accept exchange if the wrong item is shipped or if the item is significantly damaged upon opening. For your protection, please confirm your order before placing payment and check the goods upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the above return and exchange policy. In case of any disputes during the return and exchange period, we reserve the right of final decision.
  • The order cannot be cancelled after the payment or shipment process has been completed.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our approval, please contact our customer service team.
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges without prior consent.
  • We cannot return or exchange items that are not defective, have been unpacked or have been used.
  • We do not accept the following return requests.
    1. Returns related to personal preferences, such as do not like the style, does not fit, colour is not as expected, size, etc...
    2. Human Damage (see *Definition of Human Damage above)
    3. Wear and tear damage
  • The box is part of the product and all returns must be made in the original packaging and with all items inside the box.
  • Returned products must be returned neatly and in a complete box, otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the request for return or exchange.
  • Customers are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred when the goods are shipped to you.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the shipment of goods back to us. Please use a shipping company that can track your shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your shipment during transit.
  • Returns must be made to us "within 7 days" of shipment.
  • No refunds, only the same model and colour can be exchanged, if you want to exchange for a higher priced product, customers need to make up the difference.
